After a long and winding road, I decided to self publish to a professional standard – using professional editors, proof readers, cover designers etc. We have a situation where an experienced editor loves a book but knows they cannot persuade an ‘acquisitions committee’ to take a risk on it. Well, I’m taking the risk and early signs are people love it!
