I’ve been a journalist, including a few articles for the Business Observer. I’ve briefed MPs and peers, and written many articles in my own name, or for others.
I’ve written fundraising leaflets, adverts, web stories and branch briefings, as well as copy for annual reviews and annual reports…
I’ve done comms for small community group, such as campaign group branches, Quaker meetings, and LGBT organisations.
I have edited newsletters. Done outreach. Built websites and social media presence.
I’ve facilitated workshops on deeply personal issues in conflicted groups.
Strong public speaker. In April I spoke to Quakers in Publishing on the specific challenges of fiction, and to Woodbrooke College on truth in the media (what can we do about Fake News.)
